The house-museum of famous writer, dramatist and public figure Derenik Demirchyan was founded in 1977 in the Yerevan apartment where the famous writer (1877-1956) lived from 1929 until his death. It is a branch of the Museum of Literature and Art. It has 670 main and almost as many auxiliary materials, which best represent the multi-year creative path of the writer.
The house-museum consists of three memorial rooms and one exhibition hall.
