The Vazgen Sargsyan House-Museum is dedicated to the life and activities of the Armenian public-political and military figure Vazgen Sargsyan. It was opened on March 5, 2001. It is located in Ararat village of Ararat region. The museum summarizes the life and biography of Vazgen Sargsyan, a writer, soldier, general and statesman. In the yard of the house-museum there is a bust of the sparapet. On the birthday of Sparapet, on March 5, various events are organized in the museum.
